ASTM F436 Hardened Beveled Washer

Yokelink is a Manufacturer of Beveled Washers, comes in square and circular shapes, in nominal sizes 1/2 through 1 1/2 in., with a beveled 1 to 6 ratio surface for
use with American standard beams and channels. Bevel Washers are designed for leveling and shimming purpose and are commonly used when bolting through the flanges of L-beams. These washers are angled spacing components that are used to correct the uneven or imperfect surfaces. Our Range of Beveled Washers are made from medium carbon steel and then hardened as per ASTM specifications. Usually, Beveled Washers are intended to recompense for lack of parallelism in structural applications involving american standards.

Unlike flat washers which are used for parallel mating surfaces, beveled washers are used for non-parallel surfaces. A beveled washer is a special type of washer that has a sloped side and a flat side. The sloped side can accommodate for different installation angles and allows the two non-parallel faces to be mated and aligned with a stable and tight fit.
